Shipping policy
At Xtenia, we ship calisthenics equipment and training gear from mainland Spain to customers across the Iberian Peninsula and Europe. This shipping policy explains our shipping costs, delivery times, destinations, order processing and customs information.
All delivery times shown below are estimated business days and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

We offer fast shipping to mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, and the Balearic Islands.

2. Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in mainland Spain. We process orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
After you place your order, we will process it for shipment from our warehouse in Spain.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment's progress.

4. Shipping Exceptions
Pre-Orders
Products listed as pre-order will be shipped on the earliest available date indicated on the relevant product page.
Large or Heavy Orders
If an order is too large or heavy for standard parcel delivery, we may arrange an alternative shipping method, including pallet transport where appropriate.
Pallet shipping is currently available within Spain only. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment.
Busy Periods & Unexpected Delays
During peak shopping periods, public holidays, adverse weather, customs inspections or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer than the estimated times stated above.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide you with the available information and assist you in resolving the issue.
5. Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union customs and VAT territory, including certain special territories, may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or territory.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in Xtenia's shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also result in additional delivery time.
